Kundalini Yoga with Guest Instructor Ogden Kruger (Wellness Advocate)
Kundalini Yoga is a practice involving the mind, body, and spirit, using a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation to expand flexibility and awareness.
More than a physical practice, Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of movement, breath, sound, and stillness that awakens the body’s natural intelligence and elevates consciousness.
In this class, guest instructor Ogden Kruger will guide you through a thoughtfully sequenced experience of:
- Kriyas: Sets of movements, postures, and breathwork designed to balance body and mind.
- Pranayama: Conscious breathing exercises that energize the body and focus the mind.
- Mantras: Vibrational chanting, such as Sat Nam (“Truth is my identity”), to create harmony between inner and outer resonance.
- Mudras: Hand gestures that help direct the flow of energy.
- Meditation: Techniques for quieting the mind and reaching deeper states of awareness.
This class is open to all levels—from those new to Kundalini to experienced practitioners looking to deepen their connection. Each session is an invitation to restore balance, ignite creativity, and experience peace and presence within yourself.
You’ll leave with practical tools to carry mindfulness and vitality into everyday life.
