First Worlds Flavors Potluck

State Rep. Brian Munroe recently visited the newly renovated Shared Wellness Center, praising its commitment to inclusion, mindfulness, and whole-person care. Designed with trauma-informed principles, the center provides a calming space for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while also offering wellness services like yoga, sound baths, and art workshops to the community. With a focus on connection and empowerment, Shared Wellness is expanding its network of care to support more individuals in leading healthier, more resilient lives.
