How we help
At Shared Wellness, we provide integrated supports with a healing approach, utilizing mindfulness principles to enhance self-regulation and create opportunities for meaningful connection. Clinical services are rooted in evidence-informed practices, facilitated by clinicians certified or licensed in their respective areas of expertise.
Individualized support is offered on both a 1:1 and group basis. The specific service an individual utilizes is based on their choice and preference, as well as assessments that help determine their support needs.
Meaningful Day Program Services
The Wellness Center is “Home base” offers a whole-person approach to well-being, supporting both mind and body in a community-centered space. Here, individuals can expand their knowledge of nutrition and movement while exploring mindfulness practices and alternative interventions, such as sound bowl and meditation methods, to foster healing and balance. These are combined with evidence-informed practices to increase the overall wellness of our members. Staff model and support individuals side-by-side at the Wellness Center and carry the skills into the community, their workplace, and in their homes.

“Since I been in shared wellness I explore my community with fun activities like scavenger hunts, hubs in my community and dances. I’ve made new friends like Deborah, Angie, and Matt. I like my staff and other members who are on my team. While at shared wellness I’ve learn to meditate at the wellness center, and at times when I’m not feeling my best I meditate on my own. My favorite part about shared wellness is the amazing Christmas parties we have every year. My goal is to share my life here with the program called shared living.”

“I love juicing at the Wellness Center because I like finding new recipes, shopping for the ingredients and helping to make it for everybody.”
