How we help

At Shared Wellness, we provide integrated supports with a healing approach, utilizing mindfulness principles to enhance self-regulation and create opportunities for meaningful connection. Clinical services are rooted in evidence-informed practices, facilitated by clinicians certified or licensed in their respective areas of expertise.

Individualized support is offered on both a 1:1 and group basis. The specific service an individual utilizes is based on their choice and preference, as well as assessments that help determine their support needs.

Meaningful Day Program Services

The Wellness Center  is “Home base”, offering a whole-person approach to well-being, supporting both mind and body in a community-centered space. Here, individuals can expand their knowledge of nutrition and movement while exploring mindfulness practices and alternative interventions, such as sound bowl and meditation methods, to foster healing and balance. These are combined with evidence-informed practices to increase the overall wellness of our members. Staff model and support individuals side-by-side at the Wellness Center and carry the skills into the community, their workplace, and in their homes.

Behavioral services focus on creating positive change through personalized strategies that encourage independence and personal development. Services are available in homes and the community, as well as at our center in Warrington, with limited services offered in Phoenixville. Clinicians work closely with the individual and their team and provide ongoing visits and training. Individuals who receive behavioral services can work with any member of the interdisciplinary support team and access the Wellness Center, receiving a full range of services catered to their needs.

I like making crafts. I liked the vision board. I want to adopt a cat. I like to make to make juice. I cut the fruit up, then I put it in the juicer. When I make the juice, I like to put pineapple and raspberry in. I like to share. I like when people get to drink the juice I made.
— Heather P.
Cooking is my favorite. I love to cut things. I like to cut cucumbers or anything I can cut up. Madison and I have been making juice for everyone. It makes me feel good. I like seeing everyone here.
— Cheryl W.
I like to be present and enjoy the little things. Sound baths and arts and crafts are my favorite activities. The sound baths make me more relaxed and less disturbed. I like to be creative when doing arts and crafts.
