Residential Services

At Shared Wellness, we are dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive living environments tailored to the unique needs of each individual we serve. Our Residential Services provide a continuum of care options designed to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives within their communities.

Community Living Arrangements (CLA)

Our Community Living Arrangements offer individuals 24/7 support in a residential setting, designed to meet the needs of those with complex medical and behavioral needs. Highly trained staff provide assistance with daily living activities, personal care, skill development, and community engagement.
At Shared Wellness, our services are rooted in choice and control. Individuals determine their daily schedules, where they live, who they live with, and how their home looks. This ensures that each space reflects the unique preferences and needs of its residents, fostering a true sense of home.

Lifesharing

Lifesharing is an enriching program where individuals live with a caregiver who provides ongoing support. This model fosters meaningful relationships, community involvement, and a deep sense of belonging. LifeSharing is ideal for those seeking a nurturing and personalized living experience.

Supported Living

Supported Living services empower individuals to live independently in their own homes or apartments. Our team provides customized support to assist with budgeting, meal preparation, household management, and accessing community resources. These services help individuals achieve their personal goals and maintain independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
Supported Living also emphasizes choice and control, enabling individuals to take the lead in designing their lives and creating spaces that align with their preferences.

I really like spending quality time with my life sharing roommate and I appreciate all the things she does for me, and that’s a lot of things
