Shared Wellness is offering space for caregivers, family caregivers, community caregivers, direct support staff, and Shared Wellness team members to rest, reconnect, and restore.

Zumba® is for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check!

What Happens in a Zumba Class
Music & Rhythm: The class features upbeat music styles such as salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, samba, hip-hop, and pop.

Choreography: Each song has its own dance routine, blending cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility.

Structure: Typically 45–60 minutes long, starting with a warm-up, several dance tracks of varying intensity, and a cool-down stretch.

Atmosphere: It’s lively, social, and non-competitive—participants are encouraged to move freely and have fun rather than perfect every step.

Who It’s For
Zumba is designed for everyone, regardless of dance experience or fitness level. It’s particularly appealing to:

Classes will be offered as standalone sessions — participants can sign up for one, several, or all four.
