Zumba® is for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check!

A Zumba class is a high-energy dance fitness workout that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow choreography to create a fun, dynamic, and effective form of exercise.

What Happens in a Zumba Class

  • Music & Rhythm: The class features upbeat music styles such as salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, samba, hip-hop, and pop.

  • Choreography: Each song has its own dance routine, blending cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility.

  • Structure: Typically 45–60 minutes long, starting with a warm-up, several dance tracks of varying intensity, and a cool-down stretch.

  • Atmosphere: It’s lively, social, and non-competitive—participants are encouraged to move freely and have fun rather than perfect every step.

Zumba is designed for everyone, regardless of dance experience or fitness level. It’s particularly appealing to:
