Our Leadership > Riki Geyer
Riki has been working to support individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Behavioral Health needs for 20+ years. During this time Riki has had a variety of roles building programs, facilitating trainings, supporting staff at all levels, analyzing data and collaborating with system partners. All of these roles have focused on building systems to enhance quality services and ensure clinical supports are both innovative and effective. Riki prides herself on sustaining a trauma informed culture and creating a work environment that recognizes and values the dignity and worth of every individual. While not at work Riki enjoys spending time with her family and beloved pets, reading and finding creative outlets such as painting and roller skating.
