Lansdale's First Friday event season kicks off on May 2 with It's Raining Cats & Dogs! Join us for a fun-filled evening featuring local non-profits: Home At Last Dog Rescue, Stray Cat Blues, and Envi Rescue and Animal Sanctuary.

Shared Wellness has a table at this event, Nikki will be there doing sound bowls and we also have access to a room to use for 15 minute chair yoga sessions.
