Culture Crafts Recap: Honoring History Through Creativity

At Shared Wellness, we believe in celebrating culture, history, and resilience through creative expression. This January, we hosted a Culture Crafts series, where participants explored meaningful traditions and historical milestones through hands-on projects. Learning about different members of our community helps us build stronger connections and deepen our understanding of one another. Engaging in creative activities empowers self-expression while also fostering important skills like following directions and refining fine motor abilities. Through hands-on projects, we celebrate culture, history, and the power of creativity to bring people together.
