Sunday Meditation

We invite you to join our growing community for a Sunday meditation class that is open to all levels of meditators. The person who has never attended a formal meditation class will be just as comfortable as the experienced meditator during all of our guided meditations. We focus on different techniques as well as targeting specific areas of healing and spiritual awareness. You will learn how to reduce stress, improve sleep, and become more creative and focused among a host of other benefits. The class will be taught by Deborah, an accredited meditation instructor with both a Christian and Buddhist background. She has taught in churches and Buddhist centers as well as private classes. We’d love to see you join the rest of our awesome group at 10:00 on Sunday mornings at Shared Wellness. No prior experience is needed. Come as you are.
