Donna began her position with Shared Support South in 2011. With a focus and concern for health and safety, she utilizes her experience and abilities as the Incident/Risk Manager. Donna is also a Certified Investigator with ODP and oversees the management of all incidents to ensure health and safety as well as the protection of the rights of individuals, while promoting Quality Improvement.  Donna also oversees Workman’s Comp to ensure health and safety for the employees.

A graduate of Susquehanna University with her BA in Psychology and Sociology, she has experience in the development and management of support programs for individuals who experience ID/MH. Donna utilized her skills in person-centered programming, best practices, and outreach as an Executive Board member, past- president, for 10 years for an international foundation for individuals experiencing multi-sensory impairments and complex medical histories. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, Donna provided support as a parent-liaison, as well as team leadership with multiple start-ups in New Jersey for individuals and their families who experience complex medical needs and deafblindness.

Donna grew up in Bucks County and raised her 4, now adult, children in New Jersey. She enjoys spending time at the barn with her daughter’s horse, lives with her dog and 2 cats, and has a keen interest in gardening, hiking, photography and genealogy.
