Janice is a compassionate and experienced leader in Pennsylvania’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) service system. With a strong foundation working in the industry, Janice excels at creating environments where individuals feel safe, respected, and supported and where staff feel confident, valued, and prepared.
Throughout her career, Janice has focused on strengthening program quality, improving compliance, and guiding teams through the complexities of residential and community based operations.
Janice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arcadia University and maintains an active Registered Nursing (RN) license, giving her a dual perspective that supports both clinical and programmatic excellence. She approaches every role with warmth, empathy, and a person-centered mindset, consistently building trust with individuals, families, DSPs, Program Specialists, and organizational leadership.
Outside of work, Janice’s greatest joy is her three children. She loves cheering them on in their activities, planning family adventures, and creating lasting memories, whether exploring new places or enjoying cozy nights at home. Her personal values inspire her professional mission: ensuring everyone feels supported, valued, and connected.
