Spaces You'll Experience

Designed to support the whole person

Each part of the Meaningful Day Program offers something different. From calming wellness practices to movement, creativity, and nutrition-based learning, participants are invited into spaces that support growth, comfort, and connection.

Meditation Studio

A calming space for mindfulness and self-regulation

In the Meditation Studio, participants can slow down, settle into the moment, and explore practices that support calm, focus, and emotional well-being.

Experiences may include guided meditation, breathwork, sound-based wellness, and other activities that help participants build self-regulation skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Movement Studio

Building confidence through movement, rhythm, and fun

The Movement Studio gives participants a chance to get active in ways that feel engaging, supportive, and energizing. This space encourages movement, participation, coordination, and joy in a setting that meets people where they are.

Activities may include Spirit Fit, cardio drumming, adaptive yoga, chair yoga, and bilateral movement. Whether participants are moving to music, following a guided routine, or simply enjoying the energy of the group, this space helps support both wellness and connection.

Create Studio

A space for creativity, expression, and connection

The Create Studio offers participants a chance to explore creativity in a relaxed, supportive environment. This space encourages self-expression, imagination, and shared experiences through hands-on activities.

Participants may engage in mindful art, seasonal crafts, vision boards, and group experiences like drum circle. Each activity is designed to foster confidence, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment while connecting with others.

I like making crafts. I liked the vision
board. I want to adopt a cat. I like to
make to make juice. I cut the fruit up,
then I put it in the juicer. When I
make the juice, I like to put pineapple
and raspberry in. I like to share. I like
when people get to drink the juice I
made.

The Café

Hands-on learning through food, wellness, and shared experiences

The Café is a welcoming space where participants can explore nutrition, healthy eating, and everyday life skills in a meaningful and engaging way.

Through hands-on experiences like preparing food, making fresh juice, and learning about wellness, participants build confidence while contributing to shared moments with others. This space connects practical skills with a sense of purpose, participation, and pride.

Cooking is my favorite. I love to cut things. I like to cut cucumbers or
anything I can cut up. Madison and I
have been making juice for
everyone. It makes me feel good. I
like seeing everyone here.
