2026 Chakra Soundbath Series
Once a month on Tuesday at 4:30 PM, we will travel through the chakras month by month, guided by grounding breathwork and immersive sound. This series gently opens and balances each energy center, ending in a full-chakra integration.
We will begin each session with a 5–10 minute guided meditation that embodies the qualities of the chakra being focused on. These themed meditations set the energetic tone for the journey, helping participants connect deeply before moving into the full soundbath experience.
April — Heart Chakra

Why April: Renewal, compassion, expansion — heart-opening energy aligned with spring blossoms.
A soft, expansive sound bath centered on the Heart Chakra. Harmonizing tones help open pathways of compassion, balance, and emotional restoration. Participants are guided inward to reconnect with love, acceptance, and gentle healing.
May — Throat Chakra

A clear, expressive sound bath for the Throat Chakra. Resonant tones support authentic expression, communication, and inner truth. This session helps dissolve tension around the voice and invites ease in speaking and being heard.
June — Third Eye Chakra

July — Crown Chakra

A serene, transcendent sound bath devoted to the Crown Chakra. Etheric tones invite openness, spiritual connection, and spacious consciousness. Participants are guided into a state of gentle expansion, unity, and quiet illumination.
August — Full Chakra Journey

Why August: Integration, alignment, wholeness — late summer mirrors the energetic synthesis of all seven chakras.
A complete sound bath experience that travels through all seven chakras. From grounding root tones to ethereal crown frequencies, this journey supports whole-system harmony, balance, and integration. Participants move through each energetic center and return feeling aligned, renewed, and deeply connected.
