Chakra Soundbath Series
Once a month on Tuesday at 4:30 PM, we will travel through the chakras, guided by grounding breathwork and immersive sound. This series gently opens and balances each energy center, ending in a full-chakra integration.

What it is
A deeply restorative experience combining guided Yoga Nidra (a body-scan meditation) with immersive sound healing to support full-body rest and nervous system reset.
Who it’s for
Perfect for caregivers, parents, helpers, professionals, and anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, emotionally heavy, or simply in need of true rest.
Especially supportive for those who struggle with traditional meditation or have a hard time “turning their mind off.”
What to expect
You’ll be invited to lie down or rest comfortably while guided through a gentle body-scan meditation, followed by soothing sound instruments that help quiet the mind and release tension.
There is no movement, no talking, and nothing to “do” — just rest.

Mini Retreat - Aligned Motion & Art Flows
Aligned Motion and Art Flows with Marcy Paints

Join us for a two-hour mini-retreat designed to support relaxation, creativity, and gentle reconnection with the body and breath.
Part One: Aligned Motion
The first 50 minutes focus on aligned motion, breath, and energy work inspired by Qi Gong. This gentle movement practice supports grounding, nervous system regulation, and mindful awareness.
A 10-minute break follows, with tea, coffee, and cold-pressed juice available.
Part Two: Art Flow
The final 60 minutes invite participants into an art flow experience guided by sound bowls and intuitive painting. This portion is focused on relaxation and inspiration rather than technique, allowing creativity to emerge naturally in a supportive, calming environment.
About the Facilitator
Marcy Morris of Marcy Paints is a lifelong artist and creative guide whose work blends visual art, sound, and embodied expression. With roots in both the performing arts and healing arts, Marcy brings a playful, intuitive, and deeply nurturing approach to creativity, helping participants feel at ease, inspired, and free to explore their own creative flow.

Reiki Shares
Join us for a softly held Reiki Shares facilitated by Cathy Scarpello, holistic health practitioner. Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural ability to restore harmony.
Participants will be invited to rest comfortably on zero-gravity chairs, while trained Reiki practitioners offer energy work that may be hands-on or hands-off, depending on personal comfort and consent. Practitioners rotate throughout the session, creating a calm, meditative flow of shared healing energy.
No prior experience with Reiki is needed. If you feel called, you are welcome to bring a crystal or meaningful object to hold or place nearby during the session. Simply come as you are and receive.
All of our community classes are designed for caregivers of all kinds—DSPs, family caregivers, life sharers, administrative staff, human services professionals, nurses, and anyone in our Network of Care, or anyone who gives so much of themselves to others.
Mini Retreat for Caregivers
Our upcoming caregiver mini-retreat is a chance to rest, breathe, and reconnect. You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member to enjoy it with you.
