Awaken Your Spirit: The Kundalini Experience

Mondays: March 9, 23 | April 6, 20

Do you ever feel like you’re living on "autopilot"? Modern life can leave us feeling fragmented—our minds are in the future, our bodies are exhausted, and our spirits are dimmed. Kundalini Yoga is the "Yoga of Awareness." It is a fast-track system designed to reunite your mind, body, and spirit, giving you the vitality to show up fully in your life.

"Can I really do this?"

Yes. Kundalini is for every body. It isn’t about "perfect" flexibility; it’s about energy and breath. Whether you are a lifelong yogi or have never stepped on a mat, these tools meet you exactly where you are.

The Tools for Your Transformation

  • Kriyas (Movement & Poses): Target specific physical and mental goals—like boosting your immune system or clearing out mental "clutter."

  • Pranayama (The Power of Breath): Master your energy. Learn how to instantly calm your nervous system or ignite your inner fire when you feel depleted.

  • Mantras (Sound Healing): We use sacred sounds like "Sat Nam" (Truth is my identity) to cut through negative self-talk and raise your vibration.

  • Mudras (Energy Seals): Simple hand positions that act as "circuit breakers" for your brain, guiding energy flow where you need it most.

  • Meditation: Finish in stillness to quiet the mind and awaken your highest consciousness.

Preparation: What to Wear & Bring

To get the most out of your practice, we recommend the following:

  • Comfort is King: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe deeply.

  • The Power of White (Optional): You may notice some practitioners wearing white or light colors. In Kundalini, this is believed to expand your magnetic field (aura) and help you feel more "light," but any color is welcome!

  • Layers: Your body temperature may fluctuate during breathwork and meditation. Bringing a light sweater or a shawl is a great idea.
