Space 16A – Great Room Consultation Vendor Space – $45
Compact vendor space located along the rear wall of the Great Room. This approximately 4' x 4' setup area is ideal for practitioners, coaches, readers, consultants, authors, service providers, and vendors who require a smaller footprint while maintaining a professional presence throughout the event.
The space may accommodate a small personal setup or may include up to two folding chairs and a small side table, creating a comfortable environment for one-on-one conversations, consultations, networking, or information sharing.
Approximate setup area measures 4' x 4'. Vendors may bring their own compact display or utilize the available seating configuration.

Vendors who would like to incorporate existing furniture shown in a space photo may submit a request at the time of reservation. Requests will be reviewed based on event layout, safety considerations, and availability. Approval is not guaranteed.
