One year ago, we became Shared Wellness — giving language to the care, connection, and purpose that have always defined our work. |
This past year, our team dug deep — going above and beyond to transform houses into homes, expand access to wellness, and build spaces rooted in care, creativity, and connection. From the dedication of our Home Network to the generosity behind Shared Holiday Joy, this work was powered by people showing up for others, again and again.
As we closed out the year, our team also made a meaningful commitment of their own: to carry that same care inward. In 2026, Shared Wellness continues to evolve and innovate through our Wellness Center and programs, while prioritizing self-care as an essential foundation for sustainable, whole-person support. Remember: caring for yourself strengthens the care you share with others.

| Let's hear it for the HOME team! |
| |
|
In 2025, our HOME network— representing every department at Shared Wellness — welcomed four new individuals and supported nine successful moves through above-and-beyond care, collaboration, and commitment. Program, Operations, Quality Management, HR, and Clinical teams worked side by side to transform houses into homes — and homes into true sanctuaries. This collective effort made whole-person, person-centered wellness possible, helping the individuals we support truly thrive. These achievements reflect the dedication, collaboration, and heart of our entire organization. |

What's your SELF CARE plan 2026? |
|
|
The Shared Holiday Joy Committee made a meaningful impact this season through an incredible collective effort. The committee coordinated the collection and purchase of over 300 gifts, along with all wrapping supplies — including paper, bags, and bows — ensuring every detail was thoughtfully prepared.
With care and intention, the team wrapped each of the 300 gifts, and our Program Specialists personally delivered them, bringing moments of surprise, connection, and joy to so the individuals we serve.
Thank you to everyone who contributed — through donations, time, creativity, and hands-on effort. Together, you helped the committee fulfill its mission of sprinkling joy, warmth, and holiday magic into the homes — and hearts — of the individuals we support. |
