This gentle practice is suitable for all levels, including beginners. In Gentle Yoga, movements are slow, supportive, and guided with care. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and honor what feels right in their body, with options offered throughout the class to ensure comfort, safety, and ease.
• Relief from stress, overwhelm, or nervous system fatigue
• A safe way to move their body without strain or expectation
• A softer re-entry into movement after injury, illness, or time away
• Support with flexibility, stiffness, or chronic tension
• A calming experience that prioritizes breath and presence
• Movement that honors limitations, aging bodies, or physical sensitivities
• A sense of safety, especially for those with trauma histories
• A reconnection with body awareness and self-trust
• A peaceful space to slow down and reset
• Gentle support for emotional regulation
