Come relax, move, and create with us in a space designed just for you — and don’t forget to grab some fresh juice while you’re here! |
Dear *{{Informal Name}}*, |
This month’s edition is all about you — the incredible people who make up our Network of Care. As we enter a season of gratitude, we want to thank you for the compassion, creativity, and heart you bring to our community every day.
Come take time to relax, move, and create alongside others who give so much. Each free session is led by a certified guest practitioner from a local studio, offering new ways to recharge, reconnect, and experience wellness together. Because your wellness matters just as much as the wellness you help others build. |

Participants in our Everyone Contributes program have been busy keeping our Wellness Center running beautifully — refilling humidifiers, tending plants, and prepping the coffee bar.
Each task earns raffle tickets for wellness-themed prizes and reinforces that every contribution counts. Contributes helps with Daily living skills, job skills, and continuing mindfulness outside of the wellness center. The program offers meaningful opportunities for participants to give back while developing valuable life and vocational skills. |
