As we close out the year, we want to offer you a warm and heartfelt thank-you. This season naturally brings a moment to pause, reflect, and feel grateful — and we are incredibly grateful for you. |
Dear *{{Informal Name}}*, |
Across our Network of Care, we’re also celebrating the moments that bring joy — from holiday gatherings and creative activities to the simple connections that make this time of year meaningful. Your presence, your heart, and your contributions make all of it possible. There are so many ways to connect this holiday season.
We have caregiver classes open to our entire Network of Care — and if you’re wondering, that means you! From holiday parties and movement groups to our notorious cooking classes and mindful crafts, there are plenty of chances to recharge, create, and celebrate together.
Remember: Your wellness matters just as much as the wellness you help others build, especially as we close out the year and look ahead to a new one. |

Empower Independence Through Assistive Technology |
|
|
|
|
We invite direct support professionals, team members, and family members to think creatively about assistive technology that could enhance the lives of the people we support. Consider the small things that can make a big difference—tools that give someone more autonomy, independence in their home, control over their surroundings, or the ability to communicate their needs.
This is your chance to think outside the box and share ideas that could transform daily living. If you’re passionate about innovation and improving quality of life, join the Assistive Technology and Remote Supports Committee at Shared Wellness and help us lead the way in creating meaningful solutions.
Please use this form to request Assistive Technology items for individuals OR an Assessment for Tech.
There are space for up to FIVE requests to be made. Provide detailed information for each item needed. |
